Meet Dr. Henry
Dr. Henry grew up on a farm in Vulcan County, Alberta, where her passion for animals and rural life took root. She began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Alberta before earning her Bachelor of Veterinary Biology and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees from the University of Sydney in 2018.
After spending five years studying and living in Australia, Dr. Henry returned to Alberta and practiced in a rural mixed-animal clinic for four and a half years.
Most recently, she spent two years in the south of England, serving as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon in Brighton and working at a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital in West Sussex. Now happily settled in Victoria with her partner and their two Irish Wolfhound crosses, Dr. Henry is excited to connect with local pet owners and their animals.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through hiking, kayaking, fitness, and travel. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, dermatology, and ultrasonography.
